About Elisabeth

In 2022, amidst a difficult season of life, Elisabeth began to practice yoga at home. What started out as self-care grew into a daily sadhana that transformed her perspective and reconnected her with her body, mind, and spirit. Since then she has undergone yoga teacher training, led classes and guided meditations, and provided multiple yoga mentorship sessions. Her greatest passion lies in helping others discover their own unique path to yoga.
